- Dental Check Up including 2 x rays

- Services will only be provided where clinically necessary and appropriate for eligible patients.
- The dental check-up and clean package for $180 includes examination (011, 012), scale and clean (114) or removal of plaque (111), fluoride (121), x-rays (022 x 2).
- X-rays to be taken only when required.
- Offer subject to appointment availability.
- Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or Government scheme and is not substitutable or redeemable for cash.
- Dental services are provided at Bridge Rd Dental by one of our Dental Practitioners.
- The $180 offer is only applicable to those patients who have no private health insurance dental cover and/ or would like to pay it privately.
No Gap Dental Checkup and Clean for Insurance Holders
Depending on your dental insurance plan you may be eligible for a no gap check and clean.
The inclusions of this check-up are:
- Examination (011 or 012)
- Removal of plaque and/ or calculus (114) or (111)
- Fluoride application (121)
- X-rays if required (022 x 2)
We are preferred providers for HCF and smile.com.au which means you are entitled to great dental benefits. Our friendly team are always pleased to help you understand your eligibility.
- Offer only available to patients who have private health insurance with an Australian health fund who are able to claim their available health fund rebates for dental treatment cover at our clinic.
- Offer includes examination (011, 012), scale and clean (114) or removal of plaque (111), fluoride (121), x-rays (022 x 2).
- X-rays to be taken only when required.
- Health fund limits and rules apply.
- Patient must confirm their eligibility with their private health fund provider before their appointment to claim the rebates.
- If rebates not available, please contact us for our private scheduled fees.
- Your private health fund must at least cover $180 for the full check up and clean with or without x-rays. If the rebate less is than the $180, then the patient will need to cover the gap up the $180 privately. If the amount paid by your PHI is more than the $180 we will not be able to pay you back any Gap above the $180 and your offer will be as No Gap dental checkup and clean.
